Big Chili Blowout Tame or Flame Contest--cooking starts at 9 a.m.--ready to serve at 11 a.m. with judging at 11:30 a.m.  Sample servings to be sold with proceeds going to Carter County CARES--- trophies awarded for first, second, third, people's choice best display area.

Kids Old Fashion Games start at 11 a.m. on North Hord Street
